Before submitting, please read how ZERA LABELS will use the information, photos, and videos included in your audition application.
What we collect
Your application may include your name, date of birth, country, email address, Instagram handle, audition category, profile photographs, self-introduction video, and audition video.
How we use it
We use this material only to receive, organise, review, and assess your audition, communicate with you, and decide whether to invite you to another stage. Submission does not guarantee a response, invitation, contract, or acceptance.
Who can view it
Application material is available only through restricted administrative access to people involved in operating ZERA LABELS and reviewing auditions, together with infrastructure providers needed to store and deliver the information securely.
Retention
Unsuccessful or inactive applications are normally deleted within 12 months. Selected applications may be kept longer while evaluation or communication continues. You may request deletion earlier, subject to any information we are required to retain by law.
Applicants under 18
If you are under 18, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before applying. By checking the permission box, you confirm that this permission has been obtained.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of your application by emailing auditions@zeralabels.com from the same email address used in the application. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
Your submitted material
You keep ownership of your submitted photographs and videos. Submission gives ZERA LABELS permission to store and review them solely for the audition process and related communication. They will not be publicly posted or used for advertising without separate permission.
Security
Files are stored privately and are not published as public links. The form also uses automated security checks to reduce spam and abuse.
