2. Information we collect

• to receive and review audition applications;
• to contact applicants about their submission or a possible next stage;
• to prevent spam, abuse, fraud, and unauthorised access;
• to operate, maintain, and improve the website;

4. Legal basis

We process audition information because you ask us to review your application and provide consent through the audition form. We may also process limited technical and security data where necessary for the legitimate interest of protecting the website and its users.

5. How long we keep data

Unsuccessful or inactive audition applications are normally deleted within 12 months after submission. We may retain selected applications for longer where continued contact or evaluation is necessary. Security and technical logs may be kept for shorter periods where reasonably required for abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

6. Who may receive data

Access is limited to people involved in operating ZERA LABELS and reviewing applications. We also use service providers that support the website, storage, database, security, and transactional email. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

7. International processing

Some service providers may process data outside Bulgaria or the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used under applicable data-protection law.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Applicants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before submitting an audition. We take additional care when handling information relating to minors and may request confirmation of permission where necessary.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including private file storage, restricted admin access, and automated anti-abuse checks. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
